Do I pay before a doctor sees me?
You pay the doctor consultation fee after your nurse assessment and health form. Medication is invoiced separately — and only if your doctor prescribes it.
What if the doctor decides treatment isn’t right for me?
Then nothing is prescribed and there’s no medication invoice. Your nurse will talk you through other options. [Consult fee refund policy — TBC]
Where is my health information kept?
Your health form goes straight into the clinical record system your nurse and doctor use. Your Elvora account only shows bookings and invoices.
